I have most of her books and each one is better than the one before. This is no exception. This beautiful book is filled with great recipes, amazing pictures and wonderful descriptions. I will say to truly appreciate Ms. Dorie, you need to watch her demonstrate a recipe on YouTube or other videos. She exudes such a love for baking in everything she says and does. She makes me happy. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from DS -- You can always trust a book by Dorie Greenspan and this does not disappoint : The recipes are clear and precise. I've never made anything that was less than wonderful out of Dorie's books and Baking with Dorie is no exception. A few years ago I made Snowy Topped Brownie Drops out of the "Dorie's Cookies" book, to take to my granddaughter's school fundraiser. Many cookies at this fundraiser sold out quickly because they were gaudy and full of sprinkles, so my cookies just stayed on the table until one kid tried one and the word went down the line-up of 5th graders. The comments were: "Have you tried these?" "OMG, these are amazing". Within minutes they were judged to be the best cookies anyone had ever had.
